Denny has been building dream homes since 1993 when he founded Denny Lenth Construction. Denny first pursued his passion for homes by entering the real estate profession in 1979 after spending 12 years as a high school history teacher and football coach. While he left the teaching profession for real estate, he could not put his love for football aside and continues to coach high school football today as the defensive coordinator for the Cedar Falls Tiger football team.
In addition to home building, selling real estate for Oakridge Realtors, and coaching, Denny is involved in a number of community organizations and activities in the Cedar Valley, including:

- Member of the Cedar Valley Chamber of Commerce
- Member Nazareth Lutheran Church
- 20 + year Member of the Elk’s Club
- Former Member – UNI Athletic Club Executive Committee
In his free time, Denny enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, and going to sporting events. He is a shareholder in the Green Bay Packers Franchise and makes several trips to Green Bay each fall for Packer’s games. Denny is also an avid supporter and season ticket holder for the University of Northern Iowa football and basketball teams.
Denny is a graduate of Upper Iowa University. His family includes his wife, Kathy and two daughters, Teri Khazen of Chicago, IL and Kristi Tibben of Cedar Falls.
